ZBGN-10耐腐蚀桥式刮泥机构造及工作过程；ZBGN系列刮泥机由主梁、中心支座及集电器、驱动装置、刮泥板、撇渣装置、导流筒、排渣斗和控制柜等组成。在驱动装置推动下，主梁绕池中心轴线旋转，固定于刮臂上的刮板将沉积在池底的污泥刮集至池中心集泥坑。刮板曲线采用对数螺线型，受力均匀，刮泥*，当池底遇有障碍物时，能自动让耙，保护机器不受伤害。驱动装置可设过扭保护装置，工作比较安全。电气控制：可根据用户需要设定设备的启、停及运行时间，可带PLC接口。
